Caitlin Harvey went to her first yoga class with her friend when she was 19. It was Bikram (hot) yoga, and she nearly threw up and walked out of the class.
She met her partner at a yoga studio, and he taught her a lot about the spiritual side of yoga meditation.

Her café has always been cute and old timey with a unique aesthetic.
I never made it to the previous set up due to opening hours, but the Café has been revamped with the addition of crêperie & nights.
So, I ask, how does she make this work? Combining her passion for the café, yoga and kids!
Caitlin explains that It’s a tricky balance being a Mum to three kids with her youngest just starting school this year.
I asked Caitlin for advice for an AFTRS College Student who’s maybe unsure of their path
“A lot of trial and error”
“The answers come to you naturally.”
“It’s got to come from yourself”

Caitlin runs Apple Spice Café in the Central arcade in Warragul and her Yoga studio which she runs with meditation specialist Sharon upstairs. She is often seen running upstairs to change into her yoga clothes after cleaning the coffee machine. When the 2pm class is over she is rushing to pick up the kids from school.
You really can have it all but learn to juggle!
