Pole Dance is a mix of dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole that can spin or stay static. It has been around since the 12th Century where it was believed to be introduced by the Chinese circus, usually used in performances by men. 

Now, it’s a super popular activity that is enjoyed recreationally as fitness or in intense competitions held around the world.
